I'm fairly new to this whole blogging thing so I believe I should start slow. So let's talk about what I did in the past few days, shall we? Well, I decided to paint my TE stick's bezel a different color. Problem was, I used the wrong type of paint. Actually, I wasn't suppose to even use "paint". It was suppose to be dye, but Vinyl Dye was no where in site when I went to the store. Sadly, I caved and bought a substitute. I'm pleased with it's color but it's texture is quite uncomfortable.
Good luck with the blog man, I am sure you will do great. Also, I did the favor you asked. Followed ! (:
ReplyDeletetrail and error is how you learn good lessons, keep up the good stuff, looking forward to updates!
ReplyDeleteahh I'm not sure I've ever SEEN vinyl dye in a store, do they make it?
ReplyDeleteI have no idea what you are talking about, but this blog sounds like it could be good.
ReplyDeleteTE sticks? GL with the blog :)
ReplyDeleteHmm. Maybe you could use a solvent to remove it and replace with one that you feel comfortable with.
ReplyDeletenumber one rule of painting is: what material are painting on. now you know though. I'm guessing this won't happen again. good luck with your blog.

Will you be able to remove it and try again?
ReplyDeleteI'm far too lazy to remove it and try again when I can just purchase another one with the right color. But it's quite expensive.
