Marvel Vs Capcom 3

I've been playing this game since it's released. It's an amazingly fun game that anyone can pick up any mash their hearts out and still do decent. Too bad once you get decent, you have to learn a lot more than just button mashing. This game makes comebacks VERY common with level 3 X-Factors. This increases the character's speed and damage by around 300% when they are alone. Making one mistake in this game can easily cost you the whole game.

One of the most fun things to do in this game is the combos. These combos can go on for DAYS. Once you learn them and show them to your friends, they'll be impressed just by how long they go for! Who cares about the damage scaling when you're STYLING! I'm currently giving all of my efforts on learning the Magneto's ROM loop. This combo is just ridiculous to see.

  6. these games need to update their look. I'm tired of developers charging 50 dollars for second rate graphics and calling it retro.

  14. As much as i enjoy this game and the characters, it's just not the same. I feel it's like what happened to the Super Smash Bros series: Awesome, epic, back to awesome. Either way, i do enjoy this game.

  27. I was always more of a Mortal Kombat player, but this looks like a lotta fun. I never played MvC cause i only ever saw it at an arcade, and it was just a waste of quarters to lose that badly.

  38. I love that Magneto is not too heavily used in MvC3 but still remains a great technical character in the right hands.

  40. I love the game, but I'm just a little disappointed by the "dumbing down" of it. Makes my kind of sad. Followed!

  41. I love these games.
I agree that button mashing is cheap...
but sometimes it's funny as when you're versing someone and one/both of you have no idea what you're doing.

  45. awesome video :) looks like I will try this game.

  46. I really love huge combos, this example is just up and down - always the same - but when you combine different combo-moves, so your opponent is unable to move... it's just awesome

  47. This is a pretty good fighter! I had to pick up a copy. I was never really good at the others ones though I liked them. I've been stuck on my xbox with this one!

  48. Fighters are too complex for me these days. So Many counters, counter-counters, and energy stock piling for future moves feels more like a game of Chess or Command & Conquer rather than a good ol' Beat 'em Up.
